Hot paprika, fresh or dried, is completely harmless to a healthy organism. Although it is often considered to be “heavy on the stomach”, it is quite the opposite, it stimulates appetite positively influences digestion.
Paprika oleoresin is produced by its extraction from paprika for seasoning. Oleoresin contains all flavoring properties of paprika, it is characterized by a high coloring capacity and stable aroma. It is extremely unsuitable for the survival of microorganisms and, therefore, has virtually unlimited shelf life.
When preparing dishes, it is enough to add 2-3 drops. A quantity of 10 ml of the extract replaces 200g of paprika.
