Paprika oleoresin is produced by its extraction from paprika for seasoning.
Oleoresin contains all flavoring properties of paprika, it is characterized by a high coloring capacity and a stable aroma. It is extremely unsuitable for survival of microorganisms and, therefore, has virtually unlimited shelf life.
When preparing dishes, it is enough to add 2-3 drops. A quantity of 10 ml of the extract replaces 200g of paprika.
Aroma - sweet.
